Travertine Hole Repair

Travertine repair usually involves filling holes.  Unlike marble and limestone surfaces which react very similarly to travertine when cleaned, honed or polished, travertine will often develop small holes in the surface due to the fact that there are voids within the body of the stone.  As your travertine is subjected to traffic, the thin surface can cave in, resulting in a small hole that soon fills with dirt. Of course without performing travertine repair, these holes will become quite unsightly in a short amount of time.

We are able to fill these holes with a material similar to that of the original fabrication, resulting in a completely restored surface.  Travertine repair will often take just a little longer than some of the other stones to restore, but the wait and extra effort always pay off.  Your travertine can be beautiful again!
